Refund policy

TuningMac is a low-cost, one-time purchase, and it's delivered digitally the moment you pay.

All sales are final

We don't offer refunds on TuningMac licenses. Before you buy, please make sure your Mac runs macOS 14.2 Sonoma or later. The website shows everything the app does, and the FAQ covers which headphones and features are supported.

If something isn't working

Email support@tuningmac.com and we'll help you get it working. Most problems come down to a macOS permission and are quick to fix.

Exceptions

• If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order, we'll refund the duplicate.
• Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Any refund we do issue goes back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments.
